New twist for baby

Have you ever wanted to use *un popular colors on a themed color??? I did, and the theme was for a baby card. I decided to use really masculine colors with some soft baby colors and I really like how it came out its UNIQUE !!! I cant take all the credit for the design as the layout is for the MOJO MONday challenge!and asides from the black and rustic colors my colors came from the Embellish Magazine Challenge.

Ok so I found myself bored at the house. . . and sooo I decided to get more inspiration from the gorgeous Shabby Tea Room picture,
and this is what I created. . .

CUTtlebug Challenge

Hello my dear friends. I think the creative juices that left me a few days ago came back three fold lololol. Because I haven't been able to stop =) This challenge was to use inchies !! and of course the cuttle bug folders. So I used the base of the card I had no inspiration for on monday and VUALA plenty of motivation today. I love the pink green and aqua blue I used it reminds me of CANDY LAND.

Challenge Frenzy

Ok so today has been a Glooomy day out in Florida. Its been wanting to rain but no showers yet... only a few Sprinkles here and there. Anyway last night I was an unproductive zombie! Yes indeed I wasted like an hour browsing blogs and I had no motivation to create a card. But today I woke up with lots of ideas lol so I decided to push myself into doing multiple challenges with a single card. I managed to achieve my goal and this card is for:

Pile It on Challenge

Ok so this is my first Pile it on Challenge, I created a cute little summery card. I love the way it came out, with all the bright colors and all. The theme was summer showers, but since I am sick of all the rain Its just what I long for = a nice summery day. Actually I dont mind the showers but, living on a dirt road = mucho mud , and a filthy car.

Papertrey Posse

Ok dokies, so this is for the papertrey Posse Challenge. I usually dont make small cards but I felt likt it was the perfect size for the stamped image Anyway, I made this cute little card using the Everyday button bits stamp set and some minds eye paper + martha stewart ribbon , I love love love that color pink !!! Hope you like it

Wahoooo My first PTI stamped card

Im soooo excited to share this card with you guys ! first off I recently like this week just received my first order from Paper Trey. It was funny I because I had been looking at some cards and I found that the majority of the cards I loved were made using PTI stamps and stuff... so since I have been selling my stamping up stamps lately *some* I used that money and purchased PTI .. I got two sets... Handwritten Notes and Everyday button Bits... For this card I used the Everyday button bits. I also purchased Two ribbons. " Simply Chartruese and Aqua Mist " Finally I got hot pink gemstones, and small stamp set woman of life addition. So hopefully more new cards to come. But Im really happy that I was able to make a set for my card and crop it It actually looks the same in person as it appears in the photo!!!! Hope you all like it.

For my Dad

Just a Card I made for my dad for the shaby tea room Challenge, and the Basic Grey Color Challenge. I had been wanting to create a Shabby vintage-ish card but to be honest the style I like I often to be honest (stink) at making. Somehow though my juices started flowing tonight and I love love love how it came out. I used my mind eyes papers and printed out the dad phrase and then distressed it printed newspaper ad from cp... and VUALA vintage on a budget! I love free things.

Fathers Day is coming =)

So for this week over at the Shabby Tea room the theme was to make a fathers day card. I went with a nautical look. I actually was going to sell this Stampin Up set, and figured I would use it one last time but that was a mistake because I fell in love with it and now am keeping it =) lol Ok so I hope you enjoy this card !!!

TSTR DT Call

So i made this card for the Shabby Tea Room Design Team Call. How amazing would it be to work with such amazingly talented women!!! I have always wanted to join a design team, but have never really had the time to do so... that as well as being denied but thats ok those experiences just made me stronger and all the more determined. I feel like as a designer I have grown and this is only the beginning of my 2nd year paper crafting. For this card I used the red and beige colors Inspired by the picture and an Inspirational Card. I used the Stamping up set "seasons" in my card as well as my own seam binding ribbon and martha stewart cardstock. I hope you guys like it !!!

The Shabby Tea Room Challenge #11 Dear to my heart

Hey friends, this card set was made for the Shabby Tea Room Challenge # 11 Dear to my heart. This card is way out of my comfort zone in terms of style. However, I have had this set of punk rockish paper and things for almost a year and have been too intimidated to use it... So I figured Ehhh might as well give it a try. You know that feeling of "oh I have this idea and what a great deal i must buy this stuff, but you never get around to using it and just sit and wondure how you would use it if you did finally take it out and create something??? Yup that was me, but I did it and I am so glad I did I feel like I really overcame the challenge =) Hope my little story will inspire you to do something out of your Comfort zone.




Also the mini box measures 1x4 and hopefully I will be posting a tutorial for it soon =)
